I didn't do all 30 days ...
But I've completed far more exercise than I would have ordinarily. It's been great to get the family involved too. Thank you for reading along

Uh oh - no exercise
I'm rather stiff and sore today after yesterday so a rest day of stretching and recovering.

It's Day 26 already, I've loved Juneathon
It's really provided me with motivation to exercise regularly. Today has been a family bike ride to the cricket club and back.

Gosh that was hot

That felt good
Juneathon Day 23. 17 minutes out and back with Team Anstey. Legs felt good, took it steady. Looking forward to Sundays Colour Blast Dash.

Juneathon Day 22
Has gone swimmingly well; excuse the pun. Went for a swim at our local pool and managed 30 lengths (most yet).

Juneathon Days 20 & 21
Yesterday was a fail. I didn't feel 100% plus it was a busy day. By the time I had finished work I just wanted to rest.
This morning we've been out for a family bike ride (hubby's choice as its Fathers Day 😜)

The best laid plans ... Juneathon Day 19th
Today's exercise can be marked down as planned but just never got there. We had planned on biking to cricket club as a family; however an 'end of term' tired 8 year put an end to that! After cricket club I'm just too tired and going bed.

Exhausted, achy but elated
I'm really beginning to enjoy running. A tough, 'off piste' uphill run towards Bradgate Park tonight.

Juneathon Day 17 - A date with Davina
Well the ice bath paddling pool immersion post run session stretching last night seems to help. I'm not as sore as I expected. This morning I've had a date with Davina McCall - arm strength training DVD.

Tough but rewarding Day 16 of Juneathon
A lovely, warm evening for a stroll; let alone a hilly run. However well worth the effort as feeling great now (although I'm not sure how I will feel tomorrow 😆)

Swim for Day 14 #Juneathon
Yesterday we had a family swim at the local pool where I managed 26 lengths.
Day 15 of Juneathon - Getting the family involved
We've had a lovely family ride after work and school. It's the first time we have biked this route and sadly my Strava didn't work fully. However having ran the route previously I know it's 6.3 miles. Delighted that all four of us managed this route and enjoyed it too :)

Duck Rest Day - 13 of Juneathon
No specific exercise as too busy with customers and the local Scout Duck race. I almost managed 10,000 steps

Ha Ha, I'm not going completely loopy - Juneathon Day 12
Good morning all
I've discovered why Day 10 appeared to be missing - the Blogger app on my IPhone didn't publish that particular blog post. Anyway, all resolved now and you'll see my youngest 'helped' with my arm workout.
Onto Day 12; A glorious morning for a run where I spent some time working on increasing my speed.
As always, thank you for reading my blog post - any questions or queries please ask below :)

Arm workout with a helper
Juneathon Day 9 - legs sore from running club last night so I've completed an arm workout with Davina and my youngest son.

How can I put the wrong date - Juneathon
So I've exercised every day in June so far and thought I'd caught up with the blogging! However, I go to type today's entry and notice day 10 missing - sigh :( So we are now on day 11.
My youngest was up early and the eldest still in bed. I've got a full day of work so no chance to exercise later. Trusty old exercise bike to the rescue. I'm hoping that despite events conspiring against my planned alone exercise time, I can still fit in some exercise that makes the heart pump.
It's not glamorous, it's not outside in the glorious sunshine but it's exercise ticked for today :)

Juneathon Day 8 - the settee didn't win
Well it wasn't for long but I got off my ass and cycled.

Oops, forgot to log my Juneathon exercise 😒
Thursday 4th June - Running with Anstey Amblers and Runners.
Friday 5th June - DOMS so a gentle walk to the next village with the hubby
Saturday 6th June - glorious weather for a 3.7 mile run
Sunday 7th June - a 500 metre swim.
I'm going to set a daily reminder on my phone so I remember to log my exercise 😜

Glorious morning for a run
Juneathon Day 3. Weather forecast said overcast, not a cloud in the sky. Not that I'm complaining :)
Better late than never ... #Juneathon Days 1 and 2
ive joined Juneathon again this year. I was a day late joining so I've been for a swim earlier and I intend to go for a run shortly.
